Throughout our time together, we will create a nurturing space for you to connect with yourself and your fellow rose sisters. It's an opportunity to unfurl, to root down deep, and to allow your sensual magnetism to flourish freely.
Held at the Apothecary Garden in the heart of the heart of Avalon, where over 350 Damask Roses are grown and nurtured.
Join us as we honour our rose womb hearts with blessings, meditations, crafting and embodiment practices. You will leave with a deeper connection to rose as well as your own handmade rose tincture and rose body oil.
Freya is a visionary catalyst for evolution, a magical enchantress, a rose priestess and transpersonal researcher. She has a Masters in consciousness and Transpersonal Psychology, specialising in alchemising trauma through the body.
Freya has more than a decade of experience supporting people with complex needs, mental health, grief, loss and trauma. She has lived in Middle and South America studying shamanism and indigenous tribal cultures and co-creating with the plant spirits. Since returning to England over 10 years ago she has devoted herself to co-creating with the Rose as a plant spirit ally.
With her knowledge of trauma and somatics, she has synthesised her own unique gifts, extensive research, magical life experience as well as training into a modality called Embodied Recoding which is integrated into all of her offerings.

Stay at the garden in one of the Apothecary Garden bespoke cabins , 18th century barn conversions or glamping tents.
